I used a shaped card base from The Everyday Celebration special kit.  Make a score line 4" and 7" from the straight edge.  Fold the curved edge back against the front, and fold in half at the 4" line.  I inked the curved edge with Honey ink, and random stamped all over the flap in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation. The cards are made from the CTMH Simply Snap Shots 9 x 9 Album Pages. I just cut them in half, and trimmed them down to 4.25" wide. The square one is then just folded in half. The pocket card was scored at 5.5" and folded up. I made a seperate tag that slides in/out.
